Uniforms
Uniforms are one of the defining elements of an improvement district. All employees of Service Group will wear distinctive uniforms, approved by your Business Improvement District, which will include short and long sleeve shirts, work pants, caps, winter jackets, rain gear, work boots, work gloves, and fanny packs. Service Group will adorn all such uniforms with the logo provided by your Business Improvement District in such a way that is clearly visible and attractively displayed.

Maximizing Employment Participation
As a policy, Service Group has not and will not discriminate against any person, applicant, or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age or handicap in any matter including retirement, hiring, training, promotion, layoff, compensation, benefits, or recall practices.

We also believe that the work force should represent the city population. In recruiting, we will use the state and local government agencies, as well as unemployment offices. Service Group is a firm believer in the return to work policy that the federal government has adopted. We will contact the local agency involved in this policy in order to recruit as many employees as possible from this environment.
