Team members will be directly responsible for helping keep downtown Reading, PA clean, safe and friendly to those who visit, live and work in downtown. You will complete assigned tasks within a specific area or zone and you will walk assigned areas carrying out a wide range of tasks structured to improve the overall cleanliness and safety of the area. You will be expected to engage (talk to) pedestrians by offering a pleasant smile and provide assistance as necessary. You will be expected to uphold the SGI uniform standard as outlined in the employee handbook. Providing exceptional customer service, outstanding personal appearance and reliability are required. Requirements Successful applicants will be driven to deliver superior service by exceeding our customer\'s expectations; able to work well as a team member in a fast-paced, energetic environment; present a professional image in appearance, words and actions; possess excellent verbal, written English and interpersonal communication skills.
